Harmonic doors system with thermal barrier and interior opening that can be built using the following systems: MB-59S, MB-60, MB-70. MB-59S Casement system allows the construction of doors that open and fold up towards the exterior.
Construction depth is 50mm for the frames, 59mm for the sash for MB-59S and MB-59S Casement and up to 70mm frame and 79mm sash for the MB-70 system.
The aluminium system used for constructing the profiles yields the thermal transfer coefficient as well as acoustic insulation. Harmonic doors built this way are simple and efficient to construct.
Frame and sash profiles have special slots for multi-point closing fittings and connection elements according to EURO standard. ROTO fittings are used for the harmonic doors. The track can be installed in the top frame as well as in the bottom frame. Some systems can be built with different sills and construction methods.
Assembling the profiles requires minimum processing using aluminium corner elements and additional accessories as needed. “L” type assemblies are made by cutting the profile at 45° and assembled with corner pieces and CORALGLUE bi-component adhesive. Using the adhesive ensures a rigid and sealed joining while the corner pieces maintain the 90° angle. “T” type joints are assembled using connection elements and gluing with CORALGLUE.
Glass gaskets, closing and central gaskets are all made of synthetic EPDM rubber. Most gaskets are continuously installed, without cuts at corners, by assembling together the two ends at the middle of the upper traverse. This way one can obtain the best seal against water and air. Central gaskets are cut at 45° angle and glued at corners or at 90° and glued to a rubber connecting piece.
