MB 60

MB-60 aluminium system is used for arhitectural elements that require thermal and acoustic insulation such as various types of windows, doors, showcases, structural elements, etc.

The profiles have 3 chambers with a window contruction depth of 60mm for the frame and 69mm for the sash and 60/60mm for doors. The frame and sill depth give an outside look of a single surface after closing (windows) and that of double surfaces (door). The profile's shape is the basis for strong and esthetically pleasing doors and windows.

MB-60 profiles can be bent (frames, sills, rods) to allow the construction of curved elements.

MB-60 system has a low thermal transmittance coefficient U – due to the special chambers and seals used in the profile's construction. The profiles comply with materials type 2.1 for windows and 2.2 for doors according to DIN 4108.

The thermal bridge looks like an “omega” character 24mm wide for windows and 14mm wide for doors, made out of fibre glass reinforced polyamid. The special shape increases profile rigidity compared to a planar shape and improves water outflow while ensuring thermal insulation in any kind of weather. Sill is made out of HPVC and seals from EPDM, guaranteeing excellent sill insulation for doors and air and water proofing.

MB-60 system is perfectly compatible with MB-45 and MB-70 windows and doors. This characteristic allows the use of many common elements between compatible systems. (eg. Common rods adjacent to glass, corners, sealing gaskents, glass gaskets, closing gaskets, common fittings, locks, hinges and many common manufacturing processes such as riveting, glueing corners, cutting, etc).
This compatibility unifies the look of the final products such as windows and doors made with different systems look almost identical.
